"The Two Towers" DVD
You know about Gollum/Smeagle? Well, if you've ever seen the extra stuff on "The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers" DVD, there is this really interesting section dedicated to Smeagle/Gollum. Part of it, actually, most of it is about the guy who plays his part. I don't mean does his voice. He wears this outfit that has little digital things on them that records his movements and they are transmitted into a computer. Then they later add the extra stuff. He also does the voice. He (Andy Idontknowhislastname) is really good at what he does. The scene where Smeagle argues with Gollum (basically meaning when he argues with himself), well Andy did all of that at the same time. There were two cameras on opposite sides of him which he would have to keep on turning two depending on which part he was doing. Doesn't that rock?!
